Nathan SY23
We have been supplying Nathan with crockery for the restaurant SY23 in our local town of Aberystwyth since its opening, from Dinner plates, Side Plates, Pasta bowls, Tapas bowls, to Cups & Saucers & Mugs.
Nathan has represented Wales in 'The Great British Menu' for 2 years running now, using our work both times. Each time we have sat down with Nathan to discuss his concept and produced work specifically for his brief.
This year 2022, not only did Nathan win his spot at the banquet, but soon after won a Michelin Star & Opening of The Year in 2022 Michelin Guide!
Its an absolute pleasure to work with someone of Nathans calibre, a true artist and visionary.
Bakes by Michelle...
We have been working with the wonderful Michelle Evans-Fecci who has been using our Pottery to show off her beautiful bakes for a few years now.
You may recognise Michelle who appeared in 'The Great British Bake Off' in 2019.
And wonderful, well deserved news, Michelle has had her book 'The Seasonal Baker' published and is available for pre order here, released on May 19th.
We can't wait to own this book, and not just because it features some of our pottery, but because we will try these recipes, so easy to follow, we can't recommend it enough.
